What We Are
Commercial Crowbar is a selective commercial growth firm operated by Crowbar Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Co. No. 16426727).
We work with CEOs, founders, operators and investors who have a specific commercial problem that conventional approaches — cold outreach, hiring, agency retainers, networking — have failed to solve.
We do not issue reports and walk away. We take a defined objective, build the right access strategy, execute it at senior level, and stay in until the commercial outcome is achieved or the mandate scope is complete.

We do not produce strategy decks. We produce commercial outcomes.
We do not build brand awareness. We build revenue-generating relationships.
Where capital introductions are relevant, we facilitate access only and state this explicitly.

We do not take every engagement. We work with companies where the commercial problem is specific, the product has merit, and the objective is achievable. If we cannot help, we say so on the first call.
