Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Platform

Crowbar operates skill-based competitions and challenges. These are not raffles, lotteries, or games of chance. Outcomes are based on user skill, engagement, and challenge rules, not random draw.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

• You must be legally allowed to use online services in your region and at least 18 years old (or higher if required by local law).
• The discounted $19 tier is only available to users who are Under 25 or Over 60 and who submit requested KYC documents.
• Age Verification Process: Submit government-issued ID or equivalent for verification. We may use third-party services for secure checks. Failure to verify may result in account suspension.

3. Membership Tiers

By purchasing a membership (Discounted, Basic, Pro, or Elite), you receive credits, Skill Event entries, and access rights as described on the pricing page and dashboard. Tier benefits may evolve over time, but we will not retroactively remove benefits already granted.

4. Credits & Entries

• Credits are a virtual balance used within the Crowbar ecosystem.
• Joining a Skill Event deducts the required credits (e.g., 69 credits per entry, as shown on the event screen).
• Event rules, including any credit refunds or Elite-only perks, are described on the Event Rules page and/or event-specific pages. See Section 11 for Refunds.

5. Partner Site Access

Access to partner sites (EcoWorldBuy, TalentKonnect, CareDuel) is powered by your active Crowbar membership. Features on partner platforms may vary and can be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

6. Referrals

If you share your referral code and a new user signs up and activates a qualifying membership, you may earn credits as per the current referral program. We reserve the right to adjust or suspend the referral program, and to deny rewards in case of abuse or fraud.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
• Submitting false or manipulated age/KYC documents.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to participate in events.
• Engaging in conduct that violates skill-based regulations (e.g., introducing chance elements).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Tax and VAT

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Crowbar Ventures Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT. If VAT becomes legally required, it will be added to the applicable charges.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
