CROWBAR EVENT RULES & GAME OF SKILL POLICY

These Event Rules govern participation in all challenges, contests, tournaments, or competitive activities (Events) hosted by Crowbar Ventures Ltd (Crowbar, we, our, us).
By participating in any Event, you acknowledge and agree to these rules, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Age Verification Policy.
1. NATURE OF EVENTS — GAME OF SKILL
All Crowbar Events are designed and operated as Games of Skill, meaning:
- Outcomes depend predominantly on the participants skill, knowledge, strategy, or ability,
- Chance plays no significant or determining role,
- Rewards are based solely on performance, not randomness.
Crowbar DOES NOT host gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance.
This classification is essential and aligns with laws in:
2. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
You may participate in an Event only if:
- You are 18 years or older, or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
- You have passed Crowbar s Age Verification process.
- You comply with local laws regulating contests and games of skill.
- You do not belong to a jurisdiction where such participation is legally prohibited.
- You have a valid Crowbar membership and account in good standing.
3. SKILL-BASED FORMAT
Each Event includes objective, skill-based criteria such as (examples below—customize as needed):
- Knowledge assessments
- Strategy-driven decision making
- Creativity or performance-based submissions
- Timed skill tasks
- Judging on predefined scoring metrics
- Accuracy, analysis, or quality-driven outcomes
NO element of the Event relies on luck, random draws, automated selection, or chance.
4. SCORING & JUDGING
All Events follow a transparent, pre-defined scoring method:

Participants are scored based on measurable factors such as:

Where judges are used:
- Judges are impartial and trained.
- Decisions are based strictly on published criteria.
- Judges decisions are final unless a clear error is proven.

Scoring is not influenced by:
- Randomization
- Chance-based generators
- Weighted probabilities
- Automated luck factors
5. PRIZES, REWARDS & WINNER DETERMINATION
✔ 5.1 Prize Allocation
Prizes (including credits, memberships, perks, or digital rewards) are given strictly based on:
- Participant ranking according to skill-based scoring,
- Achievement of thresholds,
- Performance outcomes.
✔ 5.2 No Chance-Based Prizes
Crowbar does NOT use:
✔ 5.3 Winner Verification
Winners must satisfy:
- Identity verification
- Age verification
- Compliance with rules
Crowbar may withhold prizes if fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Participants must NOT:
- Cheat, manipulate, or exploit the Event
- Use unauthorized tools, AI systems, or automation unless explicitly allowed
- Collude with other participants
- Attempt to influence judges or scoring
- Use false identities
- Violate applicable laws or Event Rules
Violation may result in:
- Disqualification
- Account suspension
- Loss of prizes
- Legal action if required
7. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Events comply with:
- Game of Skill legal distinctions
- Consumer protection laws
- GDPR / UK GDPR
- No unlawful gambling activity

Events are structured to avoid classification as:
- Gambling
- Sweepstakes
- Prize competitions of chance
Skill-dominant criteria ensure legality in most U.S. states.
✔ India
Events comply with:
- The Predominant Skill Test as recognized by the Supreme Court
- No wagering or betting elements
- State-specific compliance requirements
✔ UAE / GCC
Because gambling is prohibited:
- Events are strictly skill-based
- No randomized outcomes or monetary gambling
- Prizes are awarded based on objective skill

9. DISPUTES & CLARIFICATIONS
Participants may request clarification or raise disputes within 48 hours of result publication.
Crowbar will review based on published criteria and provide a written decision.

10. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL EVENTS
Crowbar may modify, pause, or cancel an Event if:
- Fraud is suspected
- Technical issues occur
- Legal or compliance concerns arise
- Fewer participants register than required
Participants will be notified of changes when possible.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By joining any Event, you agree that:
