These terms apply to the Crowbar referral program and any related affiliate activities. All promotions must emphasize skill-based competitions; no elements of chance or gambling are involved. Referrals encourage participation in skill-driven events only.

Referrals promote skill-based activities only; rewards for legitimate signups. Program changes notified; abuse leads to reversals.

1. Referral Codes

  • Eligible members may receive a unique referral code (e.g., CWB-XXXXXX). You may share this code with friends, family, or your audience, subject to these terms and platform rules.
  • Sharing must promote skill-based activities transparently (e.g., “Join Crowbar for skill-based challenges”).

2. Referral Rewards

  • When a new user signs up using your referral code and activates a qualifying membership, you may receive credits as specified in the current referral offer (e.g., +25 credits).
  • Rewards are for promoting skill-based participation; amounts may change over time for future referrals.
  • Rewards are processed only after skill-based verification (e.g., membership activation for events).

3. Prohibited Referral Activity

  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts to self-refer or manipulate rewards.
  • Misrepresenting the product, making false promises, or implying chance-based outcomes (e.g., no “win big” claims).
  • Spamming referral links, violating platform rules, or engaging in conduct that undermines skill predominance.
  • Using referrals for non-skill purposes or in violation of regional laws.

4. Program Changes

  • We may modify, pause, or end the referral/affiliate program at any time with notice.
  • We may also withhold or reverse rewards if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms or skill-based rules.
  • Changes will be communicated via email or platform updates.

5. General Provisions

  • Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Crowbar (e.g., “Affiliate link”).
  • Disputes or appeals for rewards can be submitted via support@crowbarltd.com.
